As women we tend to be caretakers,whether it's as a child in a large family, a Mom, or even in the workplace ~ we have a tendency to care for and nurture others. This is a beautiful ~ heart filled trait but often times it leaves (ME) out of the picture.
Don't set yourself on the sidelines too often or you may wake up and wonder, "Who am I? What do I stand for? Where's my future?"
Affirmation: My day starts with me and ends with me. I share my love in all that I do and that includes taking care of my needs. I love life and want to fully participate in it♥
